Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.ResponsibilitiesGenerating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectPrepare and coordinate all project deliverablesManage contract administration responsibilitiesCoordinate with a variety of consultantsProvide leadership to staffManage client relations and ensure client satisfactionFunction in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projectsAssist with creation and management of project schedulesDevelop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholdersAssist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorshipWork proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project ManagerExecute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documentsSeek innovation in design solutions in an ongoing spirit of curiosity and increased project performanceDemonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practiceMaintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and productsAttend and conduct presentationsQualificationsThis role is an in-office positionDegree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent7+ years of experience in commercial design; aviation experience strongly preferred or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects.
